Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your phone case! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return:
- Contact us at ha within 30 days of receiving your order
- Send the item back to: harriet.leonardd@gmail.com
- Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping:
- UK customers: We'll provide a prepaid return label
- International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items: If your phone case arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [your email] with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
